Karen Moore is an award-winning author of over one hundred and twenty inspirational and devotional books covering a wide range of topics. Karen has published books with Harper Collins, Christians Art Gifts, Simon & Schuster, Faith Words, BroadStreet, Thomas Nelson, Hachette, Worthy, and Abingdon Press to name a few. She has written several devotionals for teens and adults.  Her newest book was published with Christian Art Gifts and is called, “Rejoice in the Lord.”

Karen has a master’s degree in education with a Reading Specialization. She has taught both in grade schools and in colleges.

Her goals include writing to encourage believers, speaking to shine God’s light, and encouraging more people to spend devoted time with God and in prayer.

Karen is married to Bruce Barbour, and together they have six adult children and eleven grandchildren. Her home is in Miamisburg, Ohio.
