It has truly been a pleasure to work with Karen Moore. I found her ability to balance business savvy with personal attention to be encouraging. Her team-building skills were such that we were motivated to do even beyond our best work because we were inspired by her vision and encouraged by the knowledge that we were continually heard and valued. Karen showed her knowledge of the publishing industry, but also her knowledge of positive interaction with people. Even when facing substantial challenges, Karen stood up with energy, creativity, and positivity. I would welcome the chance to work with her again, and would recommend that others do the same.
